Kim
Human Resources Manager and Bookkeeper
Kim has a long time career in the dental field and has loved being a part of Dr. Gregory’s dental team for over twenty-nine years. She is Dr. Gregory’s Office Manager and Bookkeeper and truly loves working in dentistry. Her favorite part about her job is the patients, as so many have become treasured friends over the years. When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, grandkids, and very spoiled Shorkie pup. You’ll often find them at Lake Alan Henry on their boat fishing or cheering on their beloved Red Raiders at sporting events. But her happy place is the beach with her toes in the sand and gets to the Sea every chance she gets!
DeAnna
Office Manager
DeAnna has been in the dental field since 2012. She began her career as a Dental Assistant For the first six years, and gradually moved to the front office, where she now serves as our Office Manager. She married her husband Jeremy in 2020 and together they have two amazing kids, Jeremiah and Delilah. She enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, watching her son play travel baseball, and seeing her baby girl grow. She is a BIG Sports fanatic and loves to watch football, especially her Tennessee Titans!
Val
Patient Coordinator
Val has been in the dental field for nine years. She completed Dental Assisting school in 2012 and also has three years experience in ortho. Val was blessed with her first child, Jace, who is now five, and believes this is his world, we are just all living in it. Outside of working, she enjoys spending lots of time with family, DIY projects, taking walks to the park, and shopping. Valerie is the patient coordinator and enjoys interacting with our wonderful patients. Working for Gregory Dental has been such a wonderful experience, where “I don’t feel like just another employee, I feel like an important member of the family.”
Maci
Insurance Coordinator
Macy recently moved to Lubbock from East Texas, Where she was born and raised. She has been in the dental field for six years and has enjoyed every bit of her journey. As our insurance coordinator, her favorite part of the role is helping patients navigate their benefits and ensuring they feel confident and informed about their coverage. Outside the office, Macy enjoys traveling with her significant other, taking long walks with her dog Diesel, baking, and shopping.
Tori
Hygiene Coordinator
Tori has been in the dental field for the last seven years and joined our team in March 2024. She has experience in all positions but currently serves as our hygiene coordinator. She recently relocated from Sunny, San Diego to the beautiful Lone Star State. She is the proud mom of two beautiful daughters and has a wonderful loving husband. On her time off you can find her diving into a good book, whipping up a delicious meal in the kitchen, or cherishing quality time with her family. She believes life is all about smiles and making memories.
Rylee
Hygienist
Rylee was born and raised in Amarillo, TX. She graduated from Amarillo College with her Dental Hygiene degree in 2021 and moved to Lubbock shortly after to start her career. Understanding the dynamic nature of the dental field, Rylee actively engages in continuing education courses and stays connected with professional networks. This commitment to ongoing learning ensures that she remains at the forefront of industry trends and is equipped to deliver the highest quality of care to her patients with a warm chair side manner. She got married in October 2023 and enjoys life with her new husband and three dogs. Together, they like to travel, go to tech games, and be with family.
Leigh Ann
Hygienist
Leigh Ann graduated with her Bachelor’s degree of Dental Hygiene in 1991 from Texas Women’s University in Denton, TX. She has practiced full time now for just over thirty years with the last seven years being part of the great team here at Gregory Dental. She continues to have a strong passion about her profession and career. Attention to detail is her number one priority in caring for her patients. Leigh Ann and her husband Stan have two adult children and six amazing grandchildren. In her spare time, she loves spending time outdoors camping, swimming, bike riding, serving in Kids Club at her church and ANY DIY project she can come up with!
Meredith
Hygienist
Meredith has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for more than twenty years. Originally from Snyder, Texas, she’s practiced in Georgia, Dallas, Houston and now Lubbock. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Macon State College. When she’s not practicing dentistry, she enjoys the beach, riding bikes and anything else she can do in the sun. She’s been married to her husband for thirty years and is the mom to three amazing kids and has one precious grandson.
Mandi
Assistant
Mandi joined the Gregory Dental team in December 2022, and is so grateful and blessed to have joined such an amazing dental family. She is from Littlefield, TX, and has two amazing kids-Madalyn 18 and Daven 13. They are her world. She enjoys watching all their school activities and spending time with family.
Yoselin
Assistant
Yoselin recently moved to Lubbock from Perryton and joined the team in October. She loves to learn and is excited to meet new patients everyday. On her free time, she draws portraits for family, friends, and members of the community.
Tais
Assistant
Tais was born in Hobbs, New Mexico, and has been an assistant for the last 4 years after graduating from West Texas Dental Assisting School in 2021. She is one of our bilingual assistants, and she joined the Gregory Dental team in April 2025. She loves to put our patients first and make them our priority. She enjoys going to church, playing sports, spending time with her family and singing karaoke. An interesting fact about her is that she has a twin sister. She enjoys watching baseball with her dad, and praising the Lord. Go Yankees!
Allison
Assistant
Allison was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and moved to Lubbock in 2019 to continue her education at Texas Tech. She received her bachelors degree in general studies with plans to go back to school in the future. Allison has been a dental assistant for a year and a half and loves what she does. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending quality time with her significant other, whether it’s trying new restaurants, taking weekend trips, or just relaxing at home.
