Meet Dr. David Gregory

Dr. David Gregory and wife | Gregory Dental Care | Lubbock, TX

Dr. David Gregory is a dentist who loves West Texas and the people in it. He grew up in Lubbock and the surrounding area, and attended Lubbock Christian University and Texas Tech University before earning his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. He has served in many positions in the dental community and is a member of the South Plains District Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and International Academy of Mini Dental Implants.

Over the course of his 48-year career, Dr. Gregory has enjoyed practicing dentistry and building lasting relationships with his patients. He now enjoys getting to work alongside his son, Dr. Tanner Gregory. He has been married to his wife, Karen, for the last 35 years. They have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. When he is not at the office, Dr. Gregory spends his time working at the family ranch, talking sports, hunting, fishing, golfing, spending time with his grandkids, and attending church at Fellowship.

What sets Dr. Gregory apart?
  • He practices with complete integrity when recommending treatment. In other words, he simply informs the patient about the treatment they need, then allows the patient to make their own informed decision as long as it meets the standard of care. When asked about the qualities he values in his practice, he answered, “I believe in being completely honest with my patients, and offer more than one solution when possible. This decreases pressure by giving them full control over their treatment.”
  • Another thing that sets our practice apart is our careful attention to time. We know our patients are busy, so we do our best to minimize time spent in the waiting room and maximize time receiving treatment care.
  • Dr. Gregory is very willing to accept emergencies, and regularly works patients into the schedule on short notice when they are in pain.
